Quality management
By operating with high standards, we promote students’ readiness to transition into working life and further studies.
Our quality work
We respond to changes in the operating environment, education policy guidelines, and legislation by renewing our educational provision in cooperation with working life and partner networks, by developing diverse teaching and guidance methods, and by enhancing our learning environments. Vocational education has evolved through reforms in the funding model, the expansion of compulsory education, and changes in the skills needs of working life.
By operating with high standards, we promote students’ readiness for working life, employment, and further studies. Through quality management, we improve the efficiency, smoothness, and continuous development of our service processes. Shared operating principles and co-development enable us to best meet the expectations, needs, and experiences of students, staff, cooperation partners, and other stakeholders. Our goal is satisfied customers, smooth educational processes, and effective operations.
We have defined the core and support processes of our institution. High-quality leadership is an essential part of quality management. Our aim is to provide our student customers with a competitive advantage by preparing them for future skills needs and change, and by fostering networking during studies with other students, alumni, working life, and partner networks.
We continuously evaluate and improve our quality management through self-assessment and peer reviews. We regularly monitor our results and customer satisfaction through systematic feedback collection.
