For students

The Student affairs office supports you throughout your studies. You can contact us for example about:

• general guidance and advice
• study certificates and transcripts
• forwarding student financial aid and school travel subsidy applications to Kela
• qualification certificates and copies
• Wilma credentials

Please inform the Student affairs office promptly of any changes related to your studies, such as personal details, address changes, or interruptions in your studies. Keeping your contact details up to date ensures you receive important information.

Atomi service

Through the Atomi electronic service, you can order study certificates and transcripts. These documents are electronically signed and can be verified online. Log in using your school credentials.

Certificate copies

You can order a copy of your certificate if needed. This is a paid service, and the delivery time during the academic year is approximately 1–2 weeks.
